- How do I start chatting?
- From the homepage, tap Start Chatting, pick your gender and age group, and you'll be matched with a random stranger in seconds. There's no signup.
- How do I skip to a new stranger?
- Use the Find New Stranger button to leave the current chat and get matched with someone new instantly.
- How do I report someone?
- Tap the report control during a chat. Reports are reviewed to help keep KnotChat safe; abusive users can be blocked.
- Are my messages saved?
- No. Chats are relayed in memory and never stored in a database. Once you leave a conversation, it's gone.
- Why am I being asked to complete a captcha?
- The captcha keeps automated bots out so you're matched with real people. It only appears occasionally and takes a moment to solve.
- Is KnotChat free?
- Yes. Matching, chatting, skipping, and reporting are all free and unlimited, with no premium tier.
- What's the minimum age to use KnotChat?
- You must be at least 18 years old to use KnotChat.
