At KnotChat.in, we offer digital hourly passes that provide temporary access to optional filters such as gender and age preferences.

These passes are ephemeral digital products. Once purchased, access is granted immediately and the pass begins its validity period.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial refunds for unused time, accidental purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with matches or conversations.

Since our service involves anonymous real-time matchmaking and temporary access that cannot be revoked or returned after activation, refunds cannot be provided once a purchase has been completed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your purchased pass from being activated at all, please contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
